At Tubolito, we develop and manufacture our bicycle tubes in the heart of Europe, with headquarters in Vienna.

From the tube to the valve to the packaging, we already source or produce more than 95% of our raw materials and products within a radius of just a few hundred kilometers—creating a supply chain that is efficient, transparent, and especially reliable.

If you’re wondering what’s missing to reach 100%: we’re already working on sourcing the chips for our SYNCD products from Europe.

Direct collaboration with our partners allows us to continuously improve materials and processes. We identify challenges early—and solve them quickly. The result: products you can rely on.

We also consciously follow this path when it comes to sustainability.

Short transport routes mean lower CO₂emissions, and Europe’s high environmental and quality standards provide a clear framework for responsible production.
